Today there were "ladies who lunch" at our home in Trentham. 

You can see that we are having croutons and grated parmesan cheese with our soup. 

My friends all thought the bowls were lovely and were surprised to hear that you didn't use transfers on any of the 404 bowls!  They are grateful to have one to keep.

It was a splendid idea and they want to come to lunch again - you may be setting a trend!

We also had salad and cheese and biscuits, with coffee and chocolates to follow!  As well as wine with the meal;  they stayed for over two hours.
