I had the meal with a couple of close friends in November 2008 - I prepared a dish I had that became a bit of a favourite whilst living in Switzerland.
Raclette (traditional swiss dish)
A very social way of entertaining where the guests get to cook their own dinner. Dishes of chopped onion, peppers, tomatoes etc. are served individually,(in this case Dishin It dishes) you can select your preference then layer a flat cooking dish which gets topped with raclette cheese and placed under the grill. Sausage, chicken pieces etc. get cooked ontop of the grill - once the cheese starts bubbling the cheese plus contents are poured over boiled potatoes - very popular with pickles and chili sauces.
